We successfully organised an AI robotics workshop at Taylor’s University last week! Thanks to Dr. Se Yong & Team from the School of Engineering for the trust and we are looking forward to supporting the university further in deploying Jupiter Robot system in the Robotic Design & Development degree programme and beyond!
We were invited by Politeknik Ibrahim Sultan to join the 15th FIRA Malaysia Cup in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia! A nice experience witnessing robotic enthusiasts competing in different categories. Look forward to supporting polytechnics in Malaysia in introducing ROS-based AI robotics education!
RoboCup 2022 Bangkok was awesome! We are glad to be part of one of the largest AI & robotics events globally in Thailand! The RoboCup@Home Education Challenge received overwhelming response from both local Thai and overseas robotic enthusiasts for the AI competition held in both online and onsite formats. We have formed friendships, partnerships and countless memories! See you next year!
In conjunction with RoboCup 2022 Bangkok, we supported the RoboCup@Home Education to organise a 5-day workshop from 6 – 10 July 2022 at Kasetsart University, Bangkok, Thailand. It was a great pleasure for us to witness participants as young as 14 years old to learn and develop AI robotic applications within days. We would like to congratulate Prof. Yong-Jin Liu from Tsinghua University and his collaborators for successfully publishing the paper “Deep Reinforcement Learning for Robot Collision Avoidance With Self-State-Attention and Sensor Fusion”!The paper, which proposed a deep reinforcement learning (DRL) method to produce a solution to navigate our Jupiter Robot, has been accepted by the 2022 IEEE/RSJ International Conference on Intelligent Robots and Systems (IROS 2022).

We just held an AI robotics workshop at Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport (AASTMT) in Egypt. Very glad to have met the group of dedicated students there who are very enthusiastic about AI and service robot technology learning.
